Though Andy Spade is no longer with the company that he founded, Jack Spade is attempting to carry on Andy’s creative marketing projects through a new store. The new location in the West Village will be split into what you’ve know Jack Spade to be with the other half converted into a Hobby Shop. Fashionista reports that the hobby shop will “rotate various non-fashiony ideas a la Den.” With the first shop being devoted to bikes.

Pictured above was one of the projects that Andy Spade developed. Always wanting to open a restaurant, hotel, barber shop, and book store, Andy thought it would be interesting to create these “commercial readymades.” Simply selecting businesses he thought were successful and branding them with a Jack Spade sign.
