Madison Square Park is at it again with a new installation by artist Rafael Lozano-Hemmer. Pulse Park is an interactive light installation in the center of the park. Each evening from dusk until 10pm, visitors heart rates will be translated into two hundred theatrical spotlights, creating pulse of lights in the center of the park.
