When times are troubling, I like to look at Sister Mary Corita Kent’s artwork for a dose of wisdom and hope. She was a revolutionary artist in her day, a rebel nun and art teacher who used her medium for messages of social change. Much of her work is still relevant to the issues of the day. You can spot her work in the current exhibition at Exit Art, up until November 22nd.
