The LA Times reports that midcentury modern homes designed by Neutra, Lautner, Kahn and others are suffering from the economic slow down. Prices are being reduced, with some even foreclosing. Richard Neutra’s Kaufmann house which went on auction in May and fetched for $19.1 million is now being listed for approximately $13 million.
